You will ensure peak performance of advanced vacuum furnace systems at a cutting-edge investment casting facility. Each day involves hands-on troubleshooting, precision repairs, and collaboration with a safety-focused team. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Will maintain work in the electrical maintenance on vacuum furnaces, including power supplies, control systems, sensors, and heating elements.
• Troubleshooting identifying and solving electrical faults in high-temperature, high-vacuum environments using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement upgrades and modifications that improve furnace performance and energy efficiency.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs ensuring compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Supporting production and providing rapid response to equipment issues to minimize downtime and support continuous production flow.
