Client Services Concierge

A company is looking for a Concierge Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with system navigation, login issues, and advanced features via phone and email

Fulfill account management requests, including account creations and project access

Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting response and resolution SLAs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline

Multilingual in English and at least one additional language (German, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish)

2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, or related fields

Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications

Digital intelligence and literacy skills
