As an HR Generalist, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth, efficient HR operations while contributing to our culture of excellence and growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, with a focus on driving engagement, retention, and continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to wear many hats in a high-growth environment where your work will have a direct impact on the company's success. We're looking for someone with 4-6 years of HR experience who is excited to support the existing team to build and optimize processes as GoBolt continues to scale.

Salary Range : USD$80k-100k

Location : This is a full time on site role at our Buena Park warehouse

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment and Onboarding / Offboarding :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate hourly recruitment needs
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support the hiring and selection process
• Facilitate onboarding, new hire orientations, and I-9 verification for all warehouse positions
• Support workforce planning and seasonal staffing strategy
