What You Will Do :
- Support Quest Global's customers and their suppliers by providing required reports and documents to expedite delivery schedules
- Gather necessary data and send required reports to the customer and the supply base
- Oversee the production schedule and support on-time delivery
- Ensure all required parts and components are ordered and tracked until it reaches the destination
- Coordinate with supplier and customer if there are changes in delivery dates or requirements
- Ensure all required documentation is made available to the supplier or customer for smooth transition of parts
- Support project management and program management to quote and close work packages
- Develop work instructions to implement best practices / lessons learned and ensure repeatability
- Collaborate, mentor, and train other Quest Global Team Members
- Participate in technical reviews within your knowledge base
What You Will Bring :
Associate or Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, etc) or equivalent experience1+ year's experience in Supply Chain or Quality ManagementExperience with material planning and purchasing requiredAbility to write generic work documents requiredPrevious experience as a buyer in an aerospace environment highly desiredExperience with data analysis highly desiredExperience with manufacturing process planning desiredAbility to interpret Engineering drawings / specifications desiredProficiency with MS Office products requiredHigh proficiency with Excel highly desired macros, pivot tables, etcFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systems highly desiredShows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholdersEstablished ability to manage multiple complex projects at onceExperience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferredAbility to resolve conflicting situationsEffective problem-solving skillsSubstantial amounts of computer workPay Range :
$28 / hour- $32 / hour
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
