We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician of a 1,062-unit residential apartment community located in Mt. Rainier, MD (Queenstown Apartments).
Responsibilities :
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and other tasks as needed
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Cover on-call emergencies
Requirements : .
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must have some tools as well as reliable transportation
Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
