Must-Have :

Experience with conscious sedation required.

Experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab required.

EPIC experience required.

Description :

Seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse.

The nurse will work with a patient ratio of 1 : 1 in 2 rooms.

First-time travelers are accepted.

The nurse may be required to participate in weekend rotation.

On-call requirements include evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 12 shifts of call per month.

Floating within the scope to meet facility needs is not required.

The manager may accommodate a block schedule at their discretion.

Local candidates are not accepted.

RTO restrictions are not applicable.

Guaranteed hours are provided based on confirmed shifts.

The facility may call off travelers up to specific hours without compensation during a 13-week assignment.

Conscious sedation experience is essential.

The following skills are required : Activated Clotting Time (ACT), cardiac stent placement, circulating procedures, and various catheterizations.

The daily census includes adult and geriatric patients.

Basic cath lab procedures include pacemaker insertion and peripheral interventions.

Special equipment includes IABP, Impella, and angiographic systems.
