A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist 2 to provide expert technical solutions for laboratory equipment and assays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct technical support to customers for assay and instrument-related issues
Lead troubleshooting management and identify root causes of customer-reported issues
Perform case management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Education
Degree or certification in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a BS in a STEM field with 2 years of related experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technical Support Specialist 1 or Field Engineer
Strong technical skills related to product technology and disease processes
Good understanding of computer skills, particularly MS Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
