Requirements include :
12+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, program / project management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role.Proven track record of successfully managing and leading large-scale vendor relationships, preferably in the data center or infrastructure industry.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, capable of translating strategies into actionable plans.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience of engaging and influencing C-level executives and stakeholders.Proficiency in performance management, including KPI development, data analysis, and reporting.Knowledge of data center operations, low-voltage systems, and associated industry standards.Experience in process improvement and change management, with a focus on continuous optimization.A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.Professional certifications in project / program management, vendor management, or leadership are highly desirable.Disclaimer : Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
