Program Director Extramural Research Development (Non-Federal)
This is a 1.0 FTE position for a Program Director within the Extramural Research Division of the Office of Research Development and Strategy. The extramural division is primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategic funding growth plans based on campus- and school- / college-level research priorities, as well as the development and project management of large, complex research proposals ($10M+). The mission of the Extramural Research Division of the Office is to grow and accelerate the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus's federal research funding portfolio, enhance national research rankings and reputation across Schools / College (School of Medicine as a top 10 research institution), and enable world-class research. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Extramural Research Development within the Office of Research Development and Strategy, an embedded office within the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Research.
Key Responsibilities :
Work Location : Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range : The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE $89,388 - $113,701
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
