Engineering Project Specialist

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced professional to lead project management software deployment and provide support to program and project managers, as well as program analysts, ensuring successful delivery of work. This role involves resolving issues, integrating and consolidating multiple projects, and managing multi-year plans for major program teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a matrix organization , work independently, and provide guidance to supplier staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deployment of project management tools and processes.
• Support program managers and analysts to ensure effective execution.
• Integrate and consolidate multiple projects and timing plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to supplier teams.
• Conduct meetings with supply base and maintain program tracking documents.
• Lead APQP activities and deliver weekly status updates on :
• Program milestones
• Tool orders
• Design and production readiness
• Identify non-conforming events and develop recovery plans.
• Document processes for supplier support on future programs.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timing and deliverables.
