Our Registered Nurses are crossed trained in each department and experience a wide variety of specialties and services.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities : \n
- Provide direct patient care.\n
- Evaluate patient changes and outcomes; consult with other health care providers and adjust nursing care processes as indicated.\n
- Personalize care plans to meet the needs of the patient.\n
- Maintain accurate and current nursing documentation.\n
- Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity.\n
- Prepares and administers medications. Reconciles medications upon admission, when level of care changes and upon discharge.\n
- Regularly assess pain, medicate as ordered, and document response.\n\nPlease read attached job description for complete list of duties and responsibilities.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
- Possession of a current Registered Nurse license within the State of Oregon\n
- CPR / BLS cert preferred\n
- NRP preferred\n
- ENCP / PALS preferred\n
- TNCC preferred\n\nDesirable Requirements : \n
- At least one year (1) of nursing experience in a Rural Critical Access Hospital.\n
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.\n\nJob Type : Full – Time\n\nHours Per Week : 36\n\nSchedule : 3 x 12\n\nPay : $40.19 / hr - $63.81 / hr DOE\n\nPlus a $4.25 / hr Night Shift Differential\n\nBenefits : \n
