Salary : $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION :

• Scanning and filing documents.
• Receive diesel logs and responsible for entering logs into database with receipt.
• Receive reimbursement requests and is in charge of validating and scanning into H-Drive folder
• New hires orientation (explains procedures for dispatch).
• Responsible for sending field employee dispatches electronically
• Update daily dispatch related employee and job files.
• Communicate with superintendents, foremen and field employees as needed.
• Organize and disperse weekly paychecks to field employees.
• Responsible for entering time off requests into database, & calendars
• Ability to successfully input missing hours for employees.
