Clinical Program Director – Adolescent Residential Program
Full-Time | Executive Leadership | Loudoun County, VA
Salary Range : $135,000 -140,000 exempt. $5000 bonus after 6 months of employment, and $5,000 at one year.
Schedule : Must be on site Monday - Friday, 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm. This position will be required to be on-call.
AMFM Healthcare is seeking a visionary Clinical Program Director to lead and expand our Mission Prep adolescent residential program in Loudoun County , Virginia . This is an executive-level leadership position offering a rare opportunity to shape the clinical direction, strengthen regional infrastructure, and directly influence the overall function and growth of one of AMFM’s fastest-evolving programs.

About the Role
The Clinical Program Director provides strategic and operational oversight of all clinical functions within the Waterford program. This includes ensuring excellence in therapeutic programming, compliance with payer and regulatory standards, and the cultivation of a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
Active independent clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent) for the state of Virginia.
Experience in mental health treatment settings
Demonstrated managerial or leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s-level licensed clinician with a strong background in treating co-occurring disorders
Familiarity with insurance billing practices, medical necessity criteria, and utilization review
Knowledge of DHCS licensing, TJC accreditation, and clinical documentation compliance
At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience
Experience in clinical supervision and team leadership
Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR), GSuite, and digital documentation tools
Strong communication, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
