Job Description

Seeking a Night Shift RN Supervisor with leadership and hands-on nursing experience to oversee our Skilled Nursing Team.

Responsibilities include supervising care delivery, conducting daily rounds, ensuring quality documentation, and responding to clinical issues. The role involves coordinating shift workflows, promoting teamwork, and providing direct nursing care as needed.

Requirements include an active RN license in Pennsylvania, a degree from an approved nursing school, and CPR certification (training provided). Prior supervisory or long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule : Full-time, 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am, with rotating weekends / holidays. Compensation ranges from $33.00-$44.76 / hour plus differentials. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, 401(k), fitness center access, tuition reimbursement, and more.
