Job Title : User Research Moderator

Duration : Contract – Begins 11 / 17 thru the Holidays, extensions are very likely

Schedule : Full-Time (Monday – Saturday shifts) – 40 hours per week

Location : Menlo Park, CA - Onsite

Pay : $35 / hr

Must Have Requirements

• Previous roles in UX research, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience moderating user research studies, facilitating training groups or teaching sessions.
• Microsoft Teams proficiency

Job Description :

Overview : The ideal candidate will facilitate user research sessions, ensuring participants are comfortable and engaged to gather valuable insights on consumer product devices. This is an in person research study with participants using wearable technology devices. As a moderator, you will run multiple 1 : 1 sessions daily to train participants on the device, ask series of questions and document the findings of the study.
