Clyde Group is hiring : Creative Fellowship Program (6 months) in Washington

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Account Director to join our growing team.

The CLYDE Fellowship Program is designed to give recent college graduates six (6) months of hands-on experience in an agency environment to kickstart their career. Our Creative Fellow will support the creative team across all accounts in an introductory capacity and receive training in technical skills and industry tools;resume cover letter, portfolio workshops; and mentorship from across the organization and at every level.

To apply, you should :

Have a working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Animation and illustration skills are a plus

Have a working understanding of social media platforms and trends

Have an interest in giving and receiving feedback that will help accelerate both hard and soft skills

Have proven time management and organizational skills

To apply, you must :

Have the ability to work 40 hours a week

Have a background in design, visual art, or related field

Have a knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong knowledge of the graphic production process

Work well with others

Know how to incorporate feedback on creative materials

Have respect for a culturally diverse team

Things you will learn :

Be able to thoughtfully describe your work and design decisions

How to give and receive constructive feedback

Collaborate with team members across experience levels and industries

How to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

How to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for clients
