HR Specialist

A company is looking for an HR Specialist - Technology (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate HR processes and system-related updates, including offer preparation and payroll oversight

Review HR data dashboards to provide data-driven insights and partner with HRM for job description development

Support employee relations by addressing HR inquiries and assisting in performance management actions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience

1-3 years of experience in HR or related field

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Experience with a Human Capital Management System is a plus
