As a Client Relations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for current, prospective, and new residents. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive first impression.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly greet all customers as they enter.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, ideally within three rings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability and manage reservations.
- Effectively sell rooms to guests both in-person and over the phone, including posting daily ads online.
- Handle all cash and charge transactions with accuracy.
- Secure cash drops in the safe at the end of your shift.
- Keep meticulous records of room statuses and follow closing procedures, including deposit slips and setting alarms.
- Process work orders from residents systematically.
- Receive and distribute mail for residents.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
- Must be legally authorized to work in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during each shift.
- Capacity to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Engage in frequent face-to-face interactions with customers.
- Skills to multitask efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Typical shifts are 8 hours long, including weekends and holidays, 5 days a week.
