Responsibilities
Greet customers promptlyObtain customer and vehicle informationClearly report all vehicle symptoms to technician as described by the customerDetermine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle historyPrepare complete and accurate estimate for cost of Parts & LaborEstablish follow-up timeMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, Updating customers frequentlyVerify final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair orderExplain all completed work and charges to customersPerform active delivery with customerNext day follow-up with customerQualifications
Minimum 1-year experience in automotive service advising / writingExceptional customer service & communication skillsPositive attitude and Excellent attendanceHigh volume mentalityCustomer satisfaction focused
