As a Security Officer - Unarmed Industrial Patrol in Brookwood, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. This post involves driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is required. You will remain visible throughout your shift, conduct routine patrols, and communicate clearly with visitors and staff. Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Wed 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to support a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Remain alert and observant while on patrol to help to deter potential threats and address any security-related issues promptly.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
