Contract Type : Travel (13-week assignment)

Shift Type : Day 4x10-Hour (05 : 00 - 15 : 30)

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

State licensed as a pharmacist in California.

Experience with antibiotic therapy, compounding, anticoagulation, and pediatric / geriatric dosing.
