Responsibilities

Machine Operation : Set up, adjust, and operate various machine shop equipment to manufacture precision parts.

Quality Control : Inspect finished products for accuracy, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities, including machine settings and product specifications.

Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Machinist or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in operating Manual Lathes and other machining equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
