Job descriptionBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 20 years of experience in credit originations or banking, with at least 5 years in a senior lending role Proven track record of developing successful lending strategies and managing diverse loan portfolios Strong understanding of lending regulations and risk management practices Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing high-performance teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lending strategies to meet growth and profitability objectives
- Oversee loan portfolio management, ensuring compliance and performance optimization
- Lead and mentor the lending team, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability
