Next Generation Business Relationship Officer

As Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in :
- managing and retaining existing customers and cultivating new relationships with customers to expand East West Bank's customer base to grow assets, loans, and deposits.
- working with internal business partners to facilitate the connection to customers to help them with specialized financial needs.

Responsibilities include :
achieving quarterly / annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international and other commercial and consumer products offered through East West Bankunderstanding the bank's credit policy to be able to identify client's eligibility for loan products. Understanding client's business, industry and identifying strategies to create new business opportunities and provide need-based products to customers.motivating, coaching and providing guidance to employees to achieve sales and service goalsefficiently managing time and being result drivenbeing expert in using digital resources and technologies to optimize clients' digital banking experience and possessing the aptitude to learn new programseducating customers on how to use digital platforms to bank and invest when, where and how they wantperforming other duties as assignedQualifications include :
bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, admin or finance preferred3+ years in commercial lending and / or consultative relationship sales role in a related industry with proven sales track recordin-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferredstrong sales and service skills including prospecting and networking.proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering resultsstrong financial acumen and communication skillsstrong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to manage client concernshas the ability to learn and adapt to latest information and technology platformsstrong desire and capability to influence, educate and connect team, partners, and customers to technologyCompensation :
The base pay range for this position is USD $69,000.00 / Yr. - USD $75,000.00 / Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
