One of the richest families and companies in the world have come together in their search for an Information Technology Manager for their Manhattan Family Office!!! The right candidate will be a very high-level tech nerd with excellent soft skills, grace under pressure, and etiquette in the $175K range and no direct reports (non-managing role).

This is a team of employees brought together as a corporation to manage the assets, activities, events, tech support, and budgets of the super-rich families and their key staff members. Picture the top 10 richest families in the U.S.
This role is a "key man / woman role" providing white glove tech support for all electronic devices of 35 family office employees within the umbrella of a support team that also supports the company's Top 50 Executives. Core technologies include Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Windows-based laptops, and iPhones. Being able to remote into devices for remote support establishing a two-way authentication program and providing white glove service.

Key Responsibilities
- Technological Management : Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software systems, including computers, networks, mobile devices, access controls, and security systems.
- Support and Maintenance : Offer on-site and 24 / 7 on-call support, resolve technical issues swiftly, and provide personalized support to enhance users' technology experiences.
- Procurement and Setup : Procure and set up new devices, manage hardware refreshes, and maintain accurate inventory.
- Security and Compliance : Ensure maximum cybersecurity protections, monitor security, and adhere to risk and regulatory standards.
- Executive Support : Provide technical support for executive events and meetings, including setting up and testing audio / video conferencing equipment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT support and operational staff to resolve complex issues and provide quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Training and Documentation : Create and edit technical documentation, provide individual training and support, and maintain a procedural manual.
Essential Functions
Liaise with IT departments to initiate and follow up on repair tickets.Manage and provide hardware and software maintenance, training, and consultation.Analyze technology issues, determine root causes, and troubleshoot for resolution.Enhance productivity by demonstrating how to best use technology tools.Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology resources.Provide support with home visits or to remote locations, ensuring connectivity and a positive experience.Manage email accounts and oversee information technology systems across various devices.Monitor and maintain technology to ensure cybersecurity and compliance with company standards.Support external executive events and meetings, both on-site and virtually.Requirements
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT support at an executive level.5+ years in internal desktop systems support, software, hardware, and incident management.3+ years in desk-side services, specifically supporting executive levels.3+ years supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies.2+ years with Skype, Teams, Microsoft Outlook / Exchange, Active Directory, and advanced troubleshooting.Advanced knowledge of iOS, Android, McAfee, SCCM, and MDM solutions. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Must maintain confidentiality, work independently, and handle a fast-paced environment. Diplomatic, tactful, and discrete with a high degree of integrity.Requirements
Job Requirements : Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with QCS controls, Biamp, Audio DSP, Shure and Intelix. Great to have : AVPro Edge and Visionary Solutions for VoIP / switchers Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AV equipment Advanced knowledge of TCP / IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls are preferred. Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents including product specifications, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Valid driver’s license with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTS certification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-I within 12 months Maintain and / or acquire OSHA 10 Hr construction within 3 months from employment start.
