Responsibilities

The primary purpose of the position is to improve the quality and effectiveness of Solect's marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for executing demand generation campaigns using systems such as Account Engagement, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Responsibilities include managing the execution of integrated email and social media campaigns, as well as handling planning, logistics, participation, and generating reports and analysis from in-person events within Solect's service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation campaign work, including email, social media, and webinars
• Execute Solect's attendance at customer events, including planning, preparations, reservations, logistics, attending as a representative, and data management and reporting.
• Collaborate and grow through planning and execution with Marketing and Demand Generation teammates, including creative, website, MDS, and sales teams

Desired Skills & Experience Essential Requirements

The expected starting pay range for this role is $56,000 - $70,000 USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may vary above or below these amounts based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
