Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with fraud-related inquiries and issues
Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
Complete required assessments and background checks as part of the hiring process
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
A minimum of 2 years of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Must have a minimum internet speed of 50mbps download and 15mbps upload
Willingness to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
