Summary :

The Financial Services Representative is the friendly face of our bank, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and making a great first impression on our customers. Your key responsibilities will include :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in opening new accounts for both commercial and consumer clients, providing tailored recommendations based on their needs.
• Perform all teller duties, including client transactions and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives and personal goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service for lobby and phone inquiries, acting as a liaison between clients and other bank departments.
• Engage in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Help with branch opening and closing procedures, adhering to corporate security guidelines.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
