We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Specialist, Contracts (P3) in the Naval Airborne Systems (NAS) product line within the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit (SBU). In this role, you will be responsible for the guidance, management, and administration for proprietary United States Government (USG) Department of Defense (DoD) prime contracts with a majority of focus on Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Commercial contracting activities. The person in this role will be a strategic member of the NAS Contracts team, with responsibility for owning contract management / administration actions with an emphasis on employing sound change management and communication skills. This position will report directly to the Associate Director, Contracts and will need to collaborate closely with program management and cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD to 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
