Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and time constraints.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, demonstrating a keen ability to manage project resources effectively
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement.
• Report and escalate to management as needed, ensuring timely decision-making and problem resolution.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks, creating mitigation plans that protect project outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project details are accurately recorded and accessible.
• Guide the project team to achieve project milestones, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stay abreast of new trends and tools in project management, applying best practices to enhance project outcomes
