Affordable Auto Glass is ready to hire a full-time Customer Service & Counter Sales Associate to be a strong first point-of-contact for our Houston, TX customers as you provide an excellent experience by recommending products that fit their needs.

In this position, you'll earn a competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn $40k-$52k / yr, based on experience and drive! The typical schedule is Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 : 30 pm and Saturday's 9 am - 3 pm.

It's your charisma and passion for customer service that help you find daily success with cross-selling, up-selling, promoting add-ons, and offering promotional as well as new products that match each customer's needs.

As a Customer Service & Counter Sales Associate, you have a welcoming demeanor and sales savviness that helps you surpass selling goals.

You meticulously follow ethical standards and comply with company policies to ensure the 100% satisfaction of our clients!

You like solving problems, whether they arise in sales or service. It's easy for every customer to feel valued with you around because you love chatting and making personal connections.

When challenges come, you take charge and maintain the happiness of the client whether in-store or over the phone. The fact that you get to help clients see clearer through our affordable window and windshield services, excites you about coming to work here at Affordable Auto Glass.

• Experience in customer service
• A basic understanding of computers
• Can operate Microsoft Office software
• General data entry skills
• Must be a professional on the phone and answer 200 - 300 phone calls a day
• Being able to multitask
• Bi-lingual abilities (preferred)
