Senior Graphic Designer, In-store & Digital
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, fast-paced in-store creative team. This role requires a versatile designer skilled in both digital and physical store environments, capable of seamlessly transitioning between projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, bringing creativity, agility, and strategic thinking to every endeavor.
The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with fellow designers, copywriters, and project managers to conceive and execute creatively and strategically sound campaigns. You must be able to manage multiple high-quality projects swiftly while maintaining an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, photography usage, color, and creativity across various platforms is essential.
This role demands a proactive and adaptable team player who embraces feedback with a growth mindset, communicates effectively, and consistently delivers on brand. With a deep understanding of digital landscapes and print production, you will contribute to a cohesive in-store experience that drives customer engagement and sales.
Key responsibilities include :
- Designing and executing in-store creative initiatives such as signage, fixtures, presentations, printed materials, and displays.
- Implementing visual design strategies aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and clients to produce innovative design solutions.
- Managing project timelines and priorities within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Staying current with design trends, technology, and materials to enhance creative output.
- Presenting and clearly explaining design decisions to stakeholders.
- Handling post-production photography tasks including selection and cropping to support storytelling.
- Driving creativity with minimal oversight while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Required qualifications and skills :
Six or more years of professional experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office on a Mac platform.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.Strong problem-solving capabilities paired with strategic and critical thinking.Experience working within brand guidelines and creative briefs.Experience designing templated assets and retail displays that are functional, cost-effective, and impactful.Familiarity with project management tools and a dedication to following solid creative processes.A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.Ability to perform well under pressure with professionalism and flexibility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
