We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time Customer Service Agent position. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients, processing policy change requests, explaining product features and benefits with in-depth product knowledge while providing value and problem solving!
The successful candidate should have a great attitude, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge.
