Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Interaction : Respond to incoming calls, emails, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Scheduling : Arrange service appointments, sales consultations, and inspections, providing detailed cost and service information.
• Promotions : Educate customers about Service Agreements, membership benefits, and current specials.
• Follow-Ups : Make outbound calls for scheduling, renewals, confirmations, and more.
• Data Manageme nt : Maintain accurate customer records, process orders, and track service details.
• Issue Resolution : Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sup port : Assist with product inquiries, distribute customer communications, and manage seasonal reminders and surveys.
