We are seeking an experienced Permanent Attorney to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team. This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, ranging from workplace accidents to auto accidents and negligence. You will be responsible for representing clients in court, advising them on their legal rights, and conducting thorough legal research to support their cases. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of legal software and technology.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Attorney, you will :

1. Provide legal counsel to clients, advising them on their legal rights and obligations in different cases, including workplace and auto accidents, negligence, and civil litigation.

2. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguing on their behalf in a compelling and persuasive manner.

3. Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support your arguments in court and to keep abreast of changes in the law.

4. Manage all aspects of a case, from the initial consultation with the client to the final resolution, ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared and filed on time.

5. Utilize legal technology and software, such as Litify and MS Office, to manage cases, track progress, and maintain client information.

6. Coordinate with other members of the legal team to develop effective strategies for each case.

7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have :

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the State Bar of Tennessee.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on trial and litigation.

4. Proven experience in managing complex cases, from initial consultation to final resolution.

5. Extensive knowledge of legal principles and procedures, particularly in the areas of civil litigation, workplace accidents, auto accidents, and negligence.

6. Proficiency in legal software and technology, such as Litify and MS Office.

7. Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments in a clear and persuasive manner.

8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and to work effectively as part of a team.

9. A high level of professionalism and ethical standards, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
