Job description
A company is looking for a Support Enforcement Specialist Senior.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a child support case management team and manage complex cases
Train and support Specialists in compliance and enforcement procedures
Provide court testimony and conduct compliance reviews
Required Qualifications
Current Virginia State Department of Social Services employee
Comprehensive knowledge of child support enforcement laws and procedures
Experience in case management and client documentation
Knowledge of legal processes and court testimony preparation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
