About The Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Associate who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building relationships and helping healthcare providers improve the outcomes of their patients. This person will be responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreaching, consulting, and closing providers within the SMB market. You will align the goals of Primary Care Providers with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula. You will be a high velocity sales professional getting commitments and subsequent referrals from multiple providers each week. Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone. This role is currently 80% remote, with monthly travel required for team co-working. 100% of customer meetings are currently done remotely, but there is potential for a mix of in-person sales in the future. Candidates must be based in the Georgia market.

We need professionals with a track record of overachievement in outbound healthcare sales or business development that are committed to solving this problem with us and hungry to face the hardships of a 0 to 1 environment.
