Director of Plant Operations Needed! Come Join our Avante Skilled Nursing Facility

Avante at Melbourne is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to oversee and direct the functioning of facility building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire / life safety, elevators (if applicable), grounds and relationships with contractors for renovation projects in accordance with current federal, state and local standards. Ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable condition. To plan, organize and develop and direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, sanitary and comfortable manner and to ensure that

an adequate supply of laundry and linens are always on hand to meet the needs of the

residents.
