JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Specialist skilled in the areas of KYC and KYB to join our dynamic team. The candidate is expected to excel in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting superior problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities to effectively handle risk and compliance related to customer and business transactions. This role demands a keen eye for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risk, ensuring alignment with our service level agreements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Analyze customer financial behavior, transaction data, and patterns to identify risk.
• Uphold and execute standard operating procedures to minimize risk exposure.
• Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and document processes and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality service while enforcing risk policies, showing empathy towards customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues, and suggest improvements for process and technology optimization

Must have Skills

• In-depth understanding of KYC and KYB processes.
• Robust computer literacy for managing multiple applications.
• Advanced critical thinking and analytical abilities.

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in risk management, particularly surrounding transactions' risk processes such as MRDC, in fast-paced environments is essential.

This hybrid position demands 3 days of office attendance per week, including Saturdays and most holidays, with a readiness to adapt to versatile shifts. Suitable candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, teamwork, customer service, and continuous learning, supported by at least 2 years of relevant professional experience. A Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting, or a related field is highly desirable.
