Job descriptionWork closely with team to resolve system issues and answer technical questions. Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and system guides. Participate in the development and execution of test plans. Configure application integrations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in application software support. Experience supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows. Knowledge of middleware such as Informatica & API's integrations. Experience with asset management software applications such as, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Field Service (OFS). Strong written and verbal communication skills. bility to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Customer-focused mindset. Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Summary :
- Client is seeking an experienced eMaint-CMMS Application Software Support Specialist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem-solving for the eMaint-CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) developed by Fluke Corporation.
- You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively.
- This is a Hybrid role. Candidate needs to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- The hiring team is interested in candidates who are familiar / experienced with eMaint. This resource will act as the department "expert " on the software.
