In order to continually provide our members with the highest level of service, Affinity FCU is seeking an experienced Indirect Lending Servicing Specialist to join our team of professionals in our Consumer Lending Department. The selected candidate will provide servicing functions on all indirect autos. This is a hybrid position, with some onsite work required at our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The starting salary range for a new hire in this role is $50-54k. The wage / salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several qualifying factors, including but not limited to : years of relevant experience, years of industry experience, education, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivate relationships with indirect members and dealers through various communication channels.
• Provide guidance to indirect members on lease assumptions, total loss, refinance, and early termination options.
• Updates indirect loan information into various systems including communicating with leasing company.
• Supports the title maintenance including missing title collection from dealers, various state agencies, title vendors and members.
• Process payments, adjustments, and payoffs in a timely manner.
• Provides payoff information to members, front line staff, dealers and leasing company promptly.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with credit union staff, dealerships and vendor partners.
• Responsible for timely and accurate adjustments to indirect loans.
• Ensure e-mails, contacts, faxes and telephone messages are responded to promptly.
• Support other lending functions when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with BSA / AML / OFAC / CFPB by completing required training.
• Perform other related duties and special projects assigned.
• Support the credit union’s initiatives by demonstrating teamwork and professionalism
