Healthcare Operations Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Healthcare Operations Support Specialist (SCA).

Key Responsibilities

Monitors internal and external reports and takes specific actions based on the information

Responds to client correspondence and email requests for information

Re-prices claims using client contracts and systems

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED is required

Some college, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Healthcare data analysis experience is a plus

Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
