The Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Total Rewards function at Creation Technologies. This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for providing strategic direction and implementing key initiatives with regards to the overall compensation strategy for the organization. This position will be the subject matter expert for the company with regards to pay grades, salary structures, and bonus structures to ensure a robust compensation offering that will ensure we are competitive in the marketplace. The incumbent will play a key role in policy development, regulatory compliance, and communication of compensation-related information.

Program Development and Administration
Data Analysis and Reporting
Communication and Consultation
Supports Total Rewards initiatives and other HR projects.
Skills and Experience :
In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $80k-$100k USD annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
