","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1"> Promote safety culture, enforce PPE use, and assist with safety training programs
","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1"> Review and approve CMT field reports, providing technical oversight and resolution support
","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="1"> Attend project meetings to resolve technical and administrative issues

","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1"> Experience supervising staff in field or construction services
","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1"> Strong knowledge of ASTM standards, testing methods, and CMT evaluation techniques
","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1"> Basic industry certifications (must be maintained ; advanced certifications may be required )
