What does a Private Dining & Event Staff do?
As a vital member of The Greggory's Private Dining Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring every event runs seamlessly. Your responsibilities will begin with reviewing the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to understand the specific needs of the occasion. Collaborating closely with the chef, you’ll verify that food orders align with guest counts, setting the stage for a flawless dining experience. During the event, you'll execute service with precision by timing courses perfectly, all while maintaining a keen focus on attending to both guests and the host. This position promises a dynamic work environment where your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will shine, creating memorable moments for our clients.
What you need to be successful
Success in the Private Dining & Event Staff position at The Greggory requires a unique blend of skills and expertise.
