Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Direct oversight over Housekeeping and Laundry staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, residents, vendors, and inspectors.
• Conduct regular inspections and safety drills to prepare for emergencies.
• Manage departmental budgets under the direction of facility leadership.
• Provide education and training to staff on safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance.
• Safely operate tools and equipment as part of routine repairs.
• Foster a positive, resident-focused environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
