Location : Peoria, IL ( Onsite )

Education & Experience :

Minimum 5 years' experience with Bachelors

Bachelors is required

Position's Contributions to Work Group :

Manages part development and quality feedback loops for New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), and New Source Introduction (NSI) related activities by collaborating with suppliers, design control engineers, value chain engineering, and procurement category teams.

Typical task breakdown :

Daily interaction with engineering and procurement teams

Coordination of PMO activities to develop components

Scoring NPI and APQP tools aligned with execution

Interaction with team :

Meetings in person and virtual

Team members seating at same area

Work environment : office

Technical Skills

Level Working Knowledge :

Approaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue and determining its significance.

Makes a systematic comparison of two or more alternative solutions.

Uses flow charts, Pareto charts, fish diagrams, etc. to disclose meaningful data patterns.

Identifies the major forces, events and people impacting and impacted by the situation at hand.

Uses logic and intuition to make inferences about the meaning of the data and arrive at conclusions.

Level Extensive Experience :

Advises on advanced data analysis methodologies and technologies to make more informed decisions.

Coaches others on improving the validity and reliability of data used in various Decision-Making processes.

Designs KPIs and metrics to analyze data and influence decisions.

Evaluates the opportunities and the challenges of integrating data into decisions.

Oversees data gathering and analysis activities within the organization.

Seeks input from multiple sources to generate diverse ideas for Decision Making.
