Key Responsibilities :
Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production performance
Support the monthly close process and prepare journal entries related to inventory, labor, and overhead
Partner with plant and operations teams to provide financial insights on cost drivers and process improvements
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models for operations and capital expenditures
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports
Perform ad-hoc analysis on profitability, product margins, and efficiency initiatives
Ensure accuracy of inventory valuation and standard cost updates
Support internal controls and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Solid understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams
