Silverado Resort seeks a Director of Wedding Sales to lead the sales of the resort’s public space, food and beverage, and function planning services, maximizing revenue and profit while maintaining high wedding quality.

Responsibilities

• Effectively sell wedding services to new and existing accounts.
• Establish new accounts and generate revenue.
• Monitor booking pace and secure repeat business.
• Maintain consistently high quality of wedding events.

Salary and Compensation

Base Pay : $100,000.00 / yr – $110,000.00 / yr

Additional Compensation : Annual Bonus
