Title : Project Scheduler
Location : Los Angeles, CA 90017
Summary :
The Project Scheduler develops and maintains project schedules, reviews contractor submissions, analyzes critical path impacts, and supports OARs and management in schedule reporting and negotiations.
Experience threshold :
5+ years in construction scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, in Public work projects and preferably in educational Construction.
Education / credential paths :
Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Preferred qualifications :
Proficiency in Primavera (latest version) and MS Office; strong communication, organizational, and planning skills; knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics.
